Hello, thanks for stopping by my page. I’m a Vietnamese-Australian writer from Melbourne, Australia. I write for:

I've just been double nominated for an Australian Writers Guild Award for Best Miniseries and an Australian Film Institute’s AACTA Award for Hungry Ghosts (NBC Universal, SBS). I frequently collaborate and co-write with my brother, Alan Nguyen, a film-maker, writer, virtual reality/augmented reality artist and academic.

I am also an artificial intelligence researcher with a PhD from the Australian National University. Having previously worked at the Reserve Bank of Australia and the Brookings Institution (Washington D.C.), I lead a team of multi-disciplinary academics on research into using artificial intelligence to assist human creativity. I also teach and regularly publish peer-reviewed studies in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis and Economics.
